The AHF Case Management program is supervised by Laura Scott, BSW. While many of or volunteers are social workers or social work students, NO EXPERIENCE is necessary to serve your community as an AHF Case Manager. Standardized orientation is provided along with hands-on training and guidance.
AHF Street Team Case Manager volunteers work as a team with each new client intake to assess the client’s individual needs, navigate resources and fill in gaps until a lease is signed for permanent housing.
AHF Home Team Case Manager volunteers conduct weekly home visits which are essential to our formerly homeless client's successful achievement of their personal goals. Weekly home visits are documented with paperless electronic reporting and feedback, guidance, and support are provided through a team approach. Internships are available.
